Initial Screening Interview
A Red Clover consultant will schedule a half hour video interview to share more details about the client and the position, then dive deeper into your experience and answer any questions you may have.
- Stage 4
Hiring Manager Interview
You will meet with the Executive Director who will dive deeper into your experience and share more details about the position.
- Stage 5
Conditional Offer
If we believe you'd be a good fit for our team, we'll extend a verbal offer where we'll confirm all of the job details with you via phone. Once we are aligned, we'll send a formal conditional offer letter via email for you to review and sign.
