The Account Executive is an experienced and versatile member of the Techromatic team. This Account Executive role executes and implements Techromatic’s sales and marketing plans to drive growth and increase brand visibility.
The Account Executive is responsible for creating and developing relationships with decision makers in Techromatic’s target markets, sharing information about Techromatic’s professional services, preparing and delivering presentations to prospects, collaborating on proposals with senior members of the team, and helping to drive engagement of prospects.
Success in this position requires intelligence, extreme attention to detail, and a natural curiosity to understand why prospects currently do things the way they do.
This is an outbound sales role, requiring a team member who is self-motivated, creative, and tenacious. Somebody with passion for helping solve customer problems, who enjoys engaging with people, and who loves to use their powers of persuasion to educate prospects. And somebody who does that all with boundless positive energy, poise, and grace.
The right candidate will be a master of reading the room, talented at interpreting body language and non-verbal cues, and has a strong desire to find a win-win solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop sales tactics and customize marketing materials to meet or surpass Techromatic’s revenue targets
- Identify and embrace networking opportunities, including being an active member of networking groups and gatherings
- Identify new business leads and build strong client and prospect relationships to promote customer loyalty and drive growth
- Connect with and regularly meet with new and existing prospects in person and virtually
- Analyze competitor development, customer activity, and market trends to understand growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with the leadership team to ensure sales and marketing efforts align with Techromatic’s overall business goals
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales roles
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field desired
- Impeccable English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask without losing track of priorities
- Analytical, able to improvise in conversations to adopt to new or unexpected situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates ability to learn new things with initiative, curiosity, and courage
- Well organized, and can take direction and work independently
- Possesses empathy and self-awareness, allowing for more meaningful customer interactions

- Keep all client documentation organized and up to date in real time
