Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Resume Review

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review your resume. If we feel you are a good match for the position, we'll reach out via email to schedule a call to learn more about you and your experience.
Stage 2

Screening Interview

We'll schedule a half hour video interview to share more details about Red Clover and the position, then dive deeper into your experience and answer any questions you may have.
Stage 3

Panel Interview

We'll schedule a 60 minute interview for you to meet with two members of our Consultant team where we'll dive deeper into your experience as it relates to the Consultant position at Red Clover. 
Stage 4

DISC & Driving Forces Assessment

Before the final interview, we ask for all final candidates to take a TriMetrix DISC and Driving Forces assessment. DISC and Driving Forces tell us more about our communication styles and what motivates us. We leverage this assessment both internally and with clients, and regularly utilize it in our day to day work. 

Your results will not be used as elimination criteria, in fact we prefer our team's communication styles and driving forces to be different! 
Stage 5

In-Person Interview

We'll have you come into our office for a final 60 minute in-person interview with our Director of Operations and one of our Senior Consultants. 
Stage 6

Offer & References

If we believe you'd be a good fit for our team, we'll extend a verbal offer where we'll confirm all of the job details with you via phone. Once we are aligned, we'll send a formal conditional offer letter via email for you to review and sign.

After signing your offer letter, we'll want to talk to 2-3 professional references to learn how we can best set you up for success once you join our team!
